Shadow Day Visit Request Form

This Form is used to request a Shadow Day Visit for your student. During a Shadow Day Visit your student will be paired with one or more current Rockford Lutheran students to experience first hand what a normal day at Rockford Lutheran is like. A Shadow Day can be a full school day or a partial school day and if your scheduled visit covers the lunch period we will gladly provide a lunch.

A separate request should be made for each student.
