Classes Offered
Classes are available for children ages 3 and 4.
Classes for 3 year olds and 4 year olds are offered 5 days per week, Monday through Friday.
- There are two attendance options available to meet parent and student needs:
- Full-Day Classes: 8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
- Lunch served at 11:45am
- Half-Day Classes: 8:00 – 11:30 a.m.
- Full-Day Classes: 8:00 a.m. – 2:45 p.m.
Additionally, we support an enrollment option for only 3 days per week on: Monday, Wednesday, Friday. Both the Half-Day or Full-Day attendance options are still available in the 3 days per week enrollment.
Before Care is available 6:30 – 7:45 a.m., and After Care is available 3:00 – 6:00 p.m.
The pre-elementary program follows the Rockford Lutheran School calendar.
The child must be able to toilet independently and engage appropriately in a group classroom setting. Please see the handbook for more information on this topic.
Generally, students must be 3 or 4 (as applicable) by September 1st. Students who turn 3 during the school year can generally enroll once they turn 3 (some conditions apply).

- Learning Centers and Small Group Activities (Math/Science, Language Arts, Purposeful Play, Art, Handwriting)
- Dismiss morning students
