EVERYBODY:

Tardy Procedure:  Students who are tardy to 1st hour must present their pink tardy pass to their 1st hour teacher.  The office will collect the passes by sending an office aide to the classrooms.

Hurrican Harvey Relief:  Student Council and Student Life are sponsoring a donation drive for Hurricane Harvey relief!  We are specifically collecting diapers (all sizes), baby wipes, paper towels, all toiletries, and new or gently used clothing.  Please make a donation for those in need.  Please bring items to your homeroom teacher!

Girls Golf Results:  Girls Golf team beat Winnebago with a score of 173 to 217.  Record is now 7-0.  Great job Lady Saders!


SENIOR HIGH:

Science National Honor Society Meeting: Members of the Science National Honor Society will meet Wednesday, Sept. 13, during homeroom in room 108.

Freshman Student Council Representative:  Due to Thursday's late start, the Freshmen Representative meetings have been changed.  They will be Monday before school at 7:30 and today and Monday after school at 3:10 in Ms. Ernst's room (Room 126).  If you are interested in running to be a freshmen at-large member on Student Council, please attend one of these four meetings.  If you are unable to attend, see Ms. Ernst before the end of the day on Monday.

National Honor Society Meeting: There will be an NHS meeting on Tuesday, Sept 12, during homeroom in the MPR.  This is a reschedule of the meeting originally scheduled for this Thursday.

Prom Committee: Prom planning has begun!  Any juniors wishing to be a part of the prom committee and wanting to help with the event planning, come to a meeting during homeroom on Tuesday, Sept. 12th.  The meeting will be in Mr. Sievert’s room, 108. 

In Youth We Trust:  Any high school students interested in joining the "In Youth We Trust Council" please see Mr. Kortze this week. This is a high school council that distributes grants from the Community Foundation of Northern Illinois.   This is a great experience for anyone interested in community activities and projects.

JUNIOR HIGH:

Theatre Board Meeting: There is a Theatre Board meeting today at 3:15pm in room 121.

Speech Team:  Any 6-8th grade student interested in the Jr High Speech Team please sign up outside Mrs. Stradmann’s office this week.
