Candy Bar Sales: Hershey Bars will again be sold as part of the Rockford Lutheran Dinner Auction. Order forms are available at the front desk in the office & need to be turned in with money by Friday, April 21st. The cost is $3.00 per bar. A great way to let your friends & teachers know you are thinking about them! You will also be able to purchase candy bars at the Dinner Auction.
Team Corn Detasseling: Team Corn Detasseling is hiring students for summer detasseling. Work with your friends this summer. There are local pick up sites and local fields. Earn up to $10.00 per hour depending on your ability. The season starts around July 5th and runs for 10-20 days. Minimum age is 12. Applications are available in the office.
Prom Tickets: If you plan to bring a guest to prom, you must have a completed approved guest pass before you can buy a prom ticket. See Mr. Freudenberg if you are bringing a guest.
Prom Ticket Sales: Prom tickets will be sold in the snack shack starting the day after spring break, April 18th until April 28th. They are $50 per ticket. Please have your table groups arranged when you come to buy your tickets!
Junior Boys: If you are interested in the Illinois Boys State program at Eastern Illinois University, see Mr. Kortze for information. It runs June 10-16, and college credit is available.

Attention Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors:
If you are interested in the ASVAB Career Exploration Program test, stop in the Guidance office by the end of the day on Wednesday to sign up. The test is Tuesday, April 25, from 8-11 am here at LHS. This is particularly valuable if you are interested in military service. See Mr. Kortze if you have questions.
