Summer Job Opportunity: Team Corn Detasseling is hiring students for summer detasseling. There are local pick up sites and local fields. Earn from minimum ($7.75 for 17 yr. & under-$8.25 for 18 and older) to $10.00 per hour depending on your ability. The season starts around July 10th and runs for 10 to 15 days. Work is available for ages 12 & up. Applications are available in the main office.
Math Team: All Math Team members that are going to conference on Friday must come to Mr. Wierderkehr’s room during homeroom today, May 5th.
Collegiate Signing: Please join Rockford Lutheran School in congratulating our athletes during a celebration signing tomorrow, May 6, at 3:30 p.m. in the MPR as they celebrate their future in collegiate sports. Signing will be: Kelsey Page for golf, Joey Harezlak, Jailen Horton, Dario Ingardona, and Caleb Pearson for football, and Joseph Kellen for basketball.
Prom Committee Meetings: There will be two prom committee meetings this week. The first meeting is today and the other on Thursday. Both meetings will be held in the MPR!

Students taking AP tests: Check the door of the Guidance Office to see where your test will be held. If you are assigned to Mt. Olive Church, pick up a permission form from Mrs. Woolbright and turn it in the day before your test.
Blood Drive: The Rockford Lutheran Blood Drive will be tomorrow, May 6th. Anyone wishing to sign up, see Ms. Ernst or Joe Kellen. All 16 yr. olds need a parent permission slip signed and given to Ms. Ernst or Joe. Anyone who donates will receive a wristband to wear jeans and spiritwear on May 8th.
